  • GOOD MORNING LADY A.M. SHAKE IT UP™ is recommended to be taken in the morning - after waking up. It is perfect as:

    • - a delicious cocktail prepared on the basis of water or milk, 
    • - a rich cocktail with the addition of: fruit, muesli, cereals or nuts,
    • - an ingredient of home-made protein ice cream,
    • - a base to prepare delicious and healthy "bars" that do not requiring baking - combined with muesli and nuts and oil coconut oil,
    • - the basis for perfect mousse - combined with peanut butter for example.

    The preparation consists of: well absorbed concentrate and whey protein isolate - served in a high concentration, collagen hydrolyzate containing small peptides and micellar casein. Protein helps to maintain muscle mass and to maintain healthy bones. The product is complemented by components such as: 

    • - Sinetrol®: a patented extract of citrus fruits and guarana,
    • - L-carnitine,
    • - taurine,
    • - corn fiber.
